SoundWareMedia is George Napier, Robert Holmes, and Roger Hooper.

Over a period of a dozen years, George Napier established, grew, and led the 60+ person digital learning business unit at a large management consulting firm. After leaving, he launched SoundWareMedia. 

George has created, programmed, and directed interactive content for digital media for private, not-for-profit, and government clients for over 20 years. His diverse client list includes organizations such as the World Wild Life Fund, Pfizer International Pharmaceuticals, the Microsoft Corporation, and the US Air Force. As a sound designer and composer, he has produced video underscore for corporate and non-profit clients as well as provided voice over and post production audio support. He recently completed his MA in Professional Media Composition at ThinkSpace Education / University of Chichester, West Sussex, UK.


A composer, performer, recording artist, and interactive media producer, Robert Holmes spent years playing in many popular bands in the LA/Orange County music scene. He joined Sierra’s stellar composer group, who provided many of the groundbreaking and legendary early adventure game scores and soundtracks. While at Sierra, Robert’s work included Hoyle ClassicsGabriel Knight: Sins of The FathersGabriel Knight 2: The Beast Withinand Gabriel Knight 3: Blood of The Scared, Blood of The Damned. Additional notable game scores have included Jane Jensen’s Gray MatterLola and Lucy’s Big Adventure Moebius: Empire Rising and Gabriel Knight Sins of the Fathers 20th Anniversary Edition. Other musical performance and production activities have included work as a writer, member, and Producer for The Scarlet Furies, recording, performance, and production work with Steve Lukather, Leon Russell, Rusty Anderson, Jim Messina, Peter Asher, Nik Venet, Sting, REO Speedwagon, Alan Pasqua, Andrew Murdock, and The Zombies.

Corporate and media clients include: Microsoft, H&R Block, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Nordstrom’s, Vail Resorts, Pike Place Market, T-Mobile Wireless, MSN, Starbucks, Hewlett Packard, University of Washington, Amazon.com, Paramount Pictures, CBS Television, and Warner Brothers Entertainment.

Roger Hooper has scored gameplay trailers for EA Games, Zynga Games, music packages for Voice of America's Persian News Network and Africa News Network, Telly Award-winning shorts for PCM Animation Studios, and ID tags for the United Football League. He has also scored numerous political ads, promos, and commercials.

A composer, performer, producer and recording artist, Roger has been nominated for best score at the Machinima Festival in NYC for Reliant Films' Battlefield 2142 gameplay trailer. In 2012, he was nominated for the “best score/short film" category at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema for his score for The Cosmonaut. He scored Suzanne Taylor Glover's The Road We Know from Citygate Films which was screened at the DocMiami International Film Festival in 2012. He scored segments of both the film and trailer for the CIY production Becoming Sons & Daughters which went on to win the award for best U.S. Documentary at the 2012 San Diego Christian Film Festival. Both documentaries were also featured at the 2013 Justice Conference Film Festival.
